JANI-KING, the largest commercial cleaning company in the world and the “Official Cleaning Company of  The PGA America", is seeking a professional individual to assume the B2B sales position of Account Executive for Jani-King of California~Sacramento.

   Summary of Opportunity

A remarkable, outside sales opportunity that will encourage a talented, energetic, focused individual to grow personally and professionally in the franchise commercial cleaning industry.

Expected Contributions and Objectives include:

  • Boost prospecting efforts to generate appointments and sales.
  • Increase productivity through daily planning and organization.
  • Sustain weekly cold calling goals and follow-up as the program requires.
  • Lead management and maintenance activities.
  • Research assigned territory to identify potential new accounts.
  • Special projects as determined by management.
  •  
  Job Requirements  

The candidate for the Account Executive opportunity must possess a superior work ethic and a proven successful management of sales. In addition, the right candidate must also possess:

  • 1 + Years related sales.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, assertive, flexible, team oriented and professional.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to address customer concerns.
  • Should possess knowledge, ability, focus and skill to provide superior business sales delivery and support.
  • Proficient Skills in Microsoft Applications
  • Customer oriented and committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Should remain attuned to related market trends and general developments within customers industry as well the franchise commercial cleaning industry.
  • Industry experiences a plus, but not required.
