Jani-King Reaching Out to the Homeless and Hungry

(Miami, FL) Continuing their tradition of helping those in need, Jani-King International is proud to once again partner with Miami Rescue Mission/Broward Outreach Centers to provide meals for the homeless and hungry of South Florida.

As the Gold Sponsor of the annual block party and Great Thanksgiving Banquet, Jani-King’s support helps provide food and entertainment at three separate events that include a “kid’s corner,” live music and other entertainment. Clothes and hygiene products will also be given to families in need as well as services such as haircuts, shoulder massages and blood pressure checks.

“We’re so proud to partner with organizations like Miami Rescue Mission and Broward Outreach Center Campuses to provide food and assistance to those in need,” said Jerry Crawford, President of Jani-King international. “So many of our regional offices provide donations to local charities during the holiday’s and year-round. I’m completely humbled by their support of families in their local communities and by the organizations that make it their mission to help those in need.”

During this year’s events, more than 600 volunteers will provide over 2,500 traditional Thanksgiving meals for the homeless and hungry of Miami-Dade and Broward County on Thursday, November 24th.
