The Largest Cincinnati Commercial Cleaning Franchisor

Serving as a support center for local clients and franchisees, Jani-King of Cincinnati has been serving the Cincinnati metro area since 1991. For nearly 20 years, Jani-King of Cincinnati franchisees have enjoyed the unique distinction of being able to provide expectional commercial cleaning services to area clients in one of the largest geographical areas within the Jani-King system. Jani-King of Cincinnati and its authorized franchisees successully service clients in the Cincinnati metro area, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana.

In 2004, the regional master franchise rights were purchased from Jani-King International, Inc. by B&B Franchising, LLC who along with the dedicated employees of the regional office have grown and prospered, even during these tough economic times. B&B Franchising, LLC is collectively owned and operate by the Seylhouwer family.

Robert Seylhouwer serves as the CEO of B&B Franchising, LLC and has over 35 years in sales and business ownership experience. Mr. Seylhouwer was born and raised in Amsterdam, Holland before immigrating to the United States during his youth. Prior to his role as CEO of Jani-King of Cincinnati, his hard work, innovative thinking, and dedication resulted in a successful career in real estate where he was consistently recognized as one of the top agents in the country. Mr. Seylhouwer is a retired US Army veteran who was honorably discharged in 1972. As a Sergerant during the Vietnam War he was awarded the Bronze Star for his dedicated service to this country.

Blake Seylhouwer serves as the President of B&B Franchising, LLC and has over 12 years in sales and commercial cleaning experience. Prior to coming to Jani-King of Cincinnati, Mr. Seylhouwer was the Executive Director of North American Development for Jani-King International, Inc. During this time, Mr. Seylhouwer was responsible for 31 corporate owned Jani-King regional support offices throughout the country. Mr. Seylhouwer has also served as the Vice President of Sales for North Florida Building Services, one of the largest commercial cleaning companies in Florida.

In 2008, James Dixon joined Jani-King of Cincinnati as the Regional Director of the regional support office. Mr. Dixon is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Jani-King of Cincinnati. With over 10 years of experience in the executive management of commercial cleaning companies, Mr. Dixon has helped successfully guide Jani-King of Cincinnati through some of this countries toughest economic times. Mr. Dixon has also served his country in the US Army and has been honorably discharged.
