Policy
It is the policy of Jani-King International, Inc. and each of its affiliates and subsidiaries that all confidential patient information and data regarding any individual’s health status, medical status, or medical condition or treatment (“Confidential Patient Information”) to which any Jani-King employees, franchisees, or representatives performing services where such Confidential Patient Information may be exposed will be kept confidential. It is the further policy that all Confidential Information will be used only in conjunction with the services provided and not for any other reason.
Confidentiality Required
It is Jani-King's policy that no person shall access, discuss, review, disclose, transmit, alter or destroy Confidential Patient Information except as required under their job responsibilities or at the written direction of their supervisor or the client to whom they are providing service. Confidential Patient Information includes information on all media, including but not limited to written, verbal, or electronically stored data.
