Jani-King franchisees from the Montgomery, AL region recently began servicing one of the most prestigious hotels in their market – the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center. Local Franchise Owners Tim and Judy Atkins are leading the charge in the day-to-day operations at the hotel while Franchise Owners Kenneth Fenn and Sandra Wilson-Fenn, also based in Montgomery,are responsible for servicing the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre attached tothe hotel. Jani-King provides overnight cleaning at the hotel for all of the food and beverage areas, common areas, as well as supplemental housekeeping staff and stewards during the day. The overnight cleaning areas include the main kitchen, convention prep area, Exchange Bar,House Restaurant and Bar, the common areas and elevators on the first and second floors of the hotel, and all associate areas including break room,housekeeping and security offices. At the Montgomery Performing Arts Theatre Jani-King is responsible for providing porters during each event and is responsible for cleaning after each event including the seating areas, dressing rooms for celebrity entertainers, and all common areas.
