Jani-King franchisees from the Montgomery, AL region recently began servicing one of the most prestigious hotels in their market – the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center. With 12 floors and 342 rooms, this sprawling property demands cleanliness and attention to detail, nothing short of Jani-King standards.
Franchise owners Tim and Judy Atkins are leading the charge in the day-to-day operations. David Wright, Regional Director of Jani-King Montgomery, characterizes them as ‘go-to’ franchisees, with the tenacity and dedication to improving the overall image of a facility.
“Jani-King first started building the relationship with the Renaissance three years ago,” said Wright. “Since then, each month I would do a follow up call and eventually was asked to provide a quote for providing housekeeping services at the property.”
Jani-King is now contracted to provide overnight cleaning as well as supplemental housekeeping staff during the day. Additionally, Jani-King franchisees and their crew are responsible for cleaning the theatre, dressing rooms for celebrity entertainers, and all common areas. Night cleaning services include the house kitchen, convention prep area, Exchange Bar, house bar, first and second floors of all the common area, associate break room, all elevators and landings in the hotel.
