Employee has Symptoms of COVID-19 Coronavirus; Company Promptly Calls Jani-King

Late on a Monday afternoon, the phone rang in the Jani-King of Lafayette Regional Office.  The concerned Regional Facilities Manager on the other line wanted to be proactive.  An employee in one of the retail locations left early with symptoms of COVID-19 Coronavirus.  They promptly shut down the store as a precaution to employees and customers and determined to reach out to cleaning and disinfecting professionals for help.  Jani-King was their first call. 

Ryan Owen, Regional Director Jani-King Lafayette, explained our disinfection process specifically for a moderate to high-risk case.  In addition, Ryan assured him we could fully disinfect the facility within the next 24 hours to ensure a safe, clean and disinfected location.  A complete clean and disinfection for all high touch areas – doors, registers, offices, breakrooms, and cart handles was conducted the next day.  All aisles were fogged and wiped down after proper dwell time with CDC approved disinfectant.

The client was very pleased with the knowledge, response time, and quality of the work conducted within his facility.  He was extremely grateful for the quick turnaround and thankful to get his business back running in full order very quickly.  He trusted his keys – and the safety of his colleagues and customers – to the brand you know, Jani-King the King of Clean and Disinfecting.
