Chance Enmon, is an emerging economic leader both within the International Jani-King Brand and among peers in the United States’ Gulf South. Chance began his Jani-King career in May 2000 and has since spent his time learning every aspect of the commercial cleaning business. In the Gulf Coast Region, he has held positions of Telemarketer, Marketing Database Manager, Telemarketing Manager, Accounts Payable, Leasing Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Operations Advisor, Account Executive, Franchise Accounting Specialist, Corporate Liaison, Regional Director, and Director of Corporate Development.
In July 2007, Chance accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, he became a member of Enmon Enterprises, LLC and Gulf Coast Services, LLC. In 2018 Chance was appointed company President.
Today Chance is Jani-King Gulf Coast’s key executive leader with 18 years experience in the Facility Services Industry. A strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, budgeting, customer service, operations management, and sales, he supervises and directs all aspects of Jani-King Gulf Coast’s growing business, a Master Franchise that has grown into a multimillion-dollar brand that supports nearly 500 Franchise Owners, servicing more than 3,600 Customers across 5 states.
Chance takes to heart one of Zig Ziglar’s essential principals, “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want.” Likewise, he attributes the company’s growth and success to bringing into the Jani-King family those who can get behind the company mission and vision while giving those individuals opportunities to reach their own goals. As an economic leader, Chance is equally committed to the continued success of his Franchise Owners, employees and the communities they serve, and he is eager to see Jani-King Gulf Coast play a larger role as an economic powerhouse providing an unequaled level of service in the Commercial Cleaning Industry.
In addition, Chance is an active participant of the Louisiana Economic Development CEO RoundTable class of 2018-2019, and is also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global business network that enables business owners to learn from each other, leading to greater business success and enriched personal life.
Lastly, a family man native to Ponchatoula, Chance is married Hazel Enmon and has 2 boys, aged 12 and 9. Together the Enmons enjoy going to the kids’ baseball and soccer activities, like traveling, and cherish spending time with family and friends at their camp on North and South Pass.
