Born and raised in Augusta Georgia, Dalton graduated from Paine College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
While attending Paine College, Dalton served on a variety of committees including: Presidential Scholar Honors Committee, SAAC Committee member, and served as President of the Environmental Science Club. Dalton was also the recipient of the Directors Cup award in 2014, which is given to only one student athlete each year.
After college, he became an assistant manager/catering director for McAlister’s Deli. In 2015, after working at the Masters Tournament, Dalton began his work with Jani-King of Augusta and in 2016 began working as a chemical delivery driver for Jani-King’s sister company, Savannah River Leasing. In March 2017, Dalton came on board full time as Jani-King of Augusta’s Franchise Advisor and was promoted to Assistant Regional Director before assuming the role of Regional Director in 2018. As of 2021, Dalton now serves as Vice President leading all regions in their growth and development.
Dalton enjoys working with the franchisees to help them grow and develop their business. He takes pride in contributing to their everyday activities. Dalton concentrates on advising franchisees with sales, equipment operation, policy and procedure standards, customer service and business management.
Since 2012, he has volunteered with Augusta University’s Child Development Special Needs Camp and Camp Rainbow. Other camps he has volunteered with include Camp Dash, Camp Share-N-Care, Camp Strong Heart, and others. Dalton also volunteer coaches a local middle school baseball team every year.
Outside of work, Dalton spends time with his wife and son. He also enjoys combat sports, ball sports and weight lifting.
