Kenneth attended Alcorn State University and Andersonville Theological Seminary obtaining a Bachelor of Religious Education, Summa Cum Laude. He also served 7 years in the United States Navy. He operated a Jani-King franchise in Augusta, Georgia before accepting the position of Franchise Advisor for Jani-King of Augusta in 2016. After 6 months he was promoted to Regional Director for Jani-King of Augusta. In 2017 he was promoted to Director of Franchise Development and Training for Jani-King of Augusta, Ft. Myers, Macon and Savannah. His experience as a franchise owner, Franchise Advisor and Regional Director has given him an extensive background in real life, hands-on knowledge of what it takes to be an effective and successful franchise owner, and he brings this experience to the recruitment and development of new franchisees. Kenneth offers an exceptional training program to new franchisees focusing on leadership, team building, strategic planning, public speaking, budgeting, customer service and logistics planning. He enjoys mentoring others and providing people with the opportunity to build a successful business of their own. Kenneth has also served as Senior Pastor for New Creation Christian Church over the last 15 years and organizes the church food pantry. Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and a nice cigar.
