Originally from Thomasville, Georgia, William attended Valdosta State University where he earned his B.S. in Administrative Services. Before joining the Jani-King team, William spent 14 years gaining skills and knowledge in the management field. William joined the Jani-King of Augusta Team as a Franchise Advisor and has since been promoted twice. First to Assistant Regional Director and now serving as Director of Operations. He specializes in professional development and finds coaching franchise owners the most rewarding aspect of his job. In his spare time, William volunteers for the reading program at a local elementary school and enjoys the outdoors, video games, shooting pool and sports.
