Marvin Belvin has demonstrated hustle and customer service excellence from the moment he purchased his franchise in December, 2018. That sense of excellence was put to the test when he was asked to help with a challenged account, a large athletic club on the periphery of a college campus. Marvin brought a much needed ‘can do, no excuses’ attitude to the facility, and within a few short months had transformed the relationship with the customer to that of raving fans. This caught the attention of Louisiana College, which asked Marvin and Jani-King of Alexandria to put together a proposal for cleaning the entire campus. Service started August 1; Marvin and his team have brought a long overdue intensity and focus to the campus EVS program, achieving amazing results in a very short period of time.
