OPERATIONS MANAGER
JANI-KING of Charleston S.C., representing the largest commercial cleaning franchisor in the world and the Official Cleaning Company for the PGA of America, is seeking a dependable goal oriented individual for the position of Operations Manager.
This key member of our team will provide our franchisees and customers the training, support, and customer service needed to continually uphold the JANI-KING standards of excellence.
The successful candidate will possess a take charge attitude, excellent work ethics, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to execute directives and enjoy interaction with others to help achieve goals in a fast-paced business environment. Experience in Commercial Janitorial Services including carpet care and maintenance of hard service floors is preferred.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skill set:
- Desire to learn all aspects of Commercial Cleaning
- Willingness to work some weekends and evenings when needed
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, use of the Internet and e-mail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tactfully assertive and confident
- Well organized and dedicated
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to conduct franchise training
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major moving violations (i.e. DUI)
