Mr. Bermudez joined Jani‑King of Alexandria in 2025 as Regional Director, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, including previous leadership roles with other Jani‑King regions. He has a long history with the brand, having owned successful franchises in both Tampa and Las Vegas, where he grew his business to over $150,000 in monthly contracts and managed large teams serving commercial and medical clients. He was recognized as International Franchisee of the Year in 2005 and later worked in Jani‑King’s Corporate Office as Director of Training and Education, helping train thousands of Franchise Owners across the U.S. and abroad. Before joining the Pensacola team, Mr. Bermudez also served as VP of Franchise Development, helping expand Jani‑King’s reach into several southeastern markets. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings proven leadership and deep industry knowledge to his role at Jani‑King of Alexandria.
