It feels like yesterday we started our business. I could not imagine our dreams coming true little by little, from employee to a business owner. We’ve been dreaming of having our own business and decided to sacrifice our job just to focus on our business. We started our business in March 2020 and it was named Gracematt Services LLC which was the toughest year for us. But thanks to Jani-King Hawaii despite this pandemic we survived the toughest year of our lives. For one year we’re working with Jani-King Hawaii, we’ve been given several accounts and doing some extra work and now we have Retail Stores, Stores and Private School. The benefit of having your own business is you’re your own boss. Owning and running your own business can be more satisfying and fulfilling than working for someone else. We’ve been having our difficult times especially for the few months but with the help and guidance of Jani-King Hawaii we overcame those challenges. We all know that many lost their jobs due to the pandemic but thanks to Jani-King Hawaii it helps us a lot with our financial goals when pandemic hits us. This is just a startup. Be a boss and find someone you can build with, we are a team that build a success together. Wishing many more years of success, good luck and joy for our business together with Jani-King Hawaii.

When we first discovered Jani-King as young business owners, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. We’ve always liked the idea of being our own boss and Jani-King helped us achieve that goal. We started a franchise back in 2013 and we are now onto our seventh, almost eighth year of owning a franchise we named Tres Marias LLC. We’ve accomplished so much in these past years. We’ve been able to break our financial goals, to receiving awards every year. We’ve also been given several more accounts from Jani-King, with our own personal employees. We’ve received a 100% satisfaction rate from our employer and received the title of franchisee of the month. We couldn’t be more grateful to be working with Jani-King.

I’ve been with Jani-King Hawaii for 10 years now. I started with a few accounts and with Jani-King Hawaii’s guidance and support I grew it to where it is now.  I wouldn’t have been able grow my company had it not been for the help of Jani-King Hawaii.  I’m only successful because Jani King Hawaii is successful in providing us with an environment where we as franchisees can prosper. And even though we have freedom to operate our businesses, having a solid partnership is one of the key elements why we achieve success.  Jani-King Hawaii provides good guidance, business tools and manpower support which are all beneficial to us franchisees. The strong and fair leadership of Jani-King Hawaii is one of the main reasons why we prosper as independent business owners.

Being a Jani-King franchisee has changed our lives. We learned how to run a business through hard work and deal with different kinds of people, all while helping us financially. Success in business is not measured entirely by the revenue it brings. The impact it has to the lives of the people it employs, the community, and the economy is what’s most important. We are grateful to be a part of the Jani-King family.

Good Morning Aaron! We are extremely pleased with the services provided to us from Peter! We cannot say enough good things about him! He does a great job with keeping our offices shining and clean! Our restrooms never looked so clean! He has an amazing personality and those of us who are left here in the office at the late end of the day find him pleasant and funny! It is rare to find someone who not only excels with his job, but has a great personality to go along with it! In this day and age where everyone only hears the “Bad”, It is refreshing to pass on something “Good” about someone! We are lucky to have found him! Have a great day!

Osman and his wife are by far the best housekeeping company we’ve ever had. They are thorough and understand the importance of terminal cleaning in a hospital/ASC setting. I would rank them higher than a 10.
