Meet Your Regional Director
Mrs. Johnston graduated from Northwestern State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, and Tourism with a concentration in Hospitality Services. She joined Jani-King in January of 2015 as an Account Executive. She moved into the Franchise Coach role in November of 2015 to focus on franchise growth and development in addition to customer satisfaction. In July of 2016 she was promoted to Head Coach, and was then promoted to Branch Manager in December of 2016. After a year of success in the Branch Manager role, Mrs. Johnston accepted the Regional Director position in November of 2017. In 2016, Mrs. Johnston was awarded Jani-King Gulf Coast’s Operations Department of the Year award. Prior to joining Jani-King, she worked in restaurant front of house service, casino marketing, and the cosmetology industry.
