Jani-King of Dallas recently landed a very big account, the Irving Music Factory, a brand new, state-of-the-art facility located in Irving, Texas. It’s an all-in-one dining and entertainment destination with a 4,000 seat indoor concert hall that can be converted to an 8,000 outdoor amphitheater.

Overall, the footprint of this new facility is just over 250,000 sq. ft. of entertainment, retail, and restaurant space, including a movie theater and 25 restaurant options. The facility also features 100,000 sq. ft. of office space.
