Chance Mercante
Executive Director
Chance Mercante is the Regional Director of Jani‑King of Mississippi Coast and of Jani‑King of Southeast Mississippi. He joined Jani‑King in 2008 as the Operations Advisor in Baton Rouge and within a few months was promoted to Operations Manager. After two years in operations, he moved to the position of Account Executive, then was promoted in 2011 to Regional Director of Lafayette/Lake Charles. In 2012, Chance accepted the position of Regional Director of Baton Rouge, in 2014 he accepted the position of Regional Director in Jackson, and in 2018 he accepted the Regional Director position of Southeast Mississippi. In 2020, Mr. Mercante kept his role as Regional Director of Southeast Mississippi and added Jani‑King of Mississippi Coast as part of his territory as well.
