Jani-King of Cincinnati, a master franchise territory of Jani-King International, the world’s largest commercial cleaning franchisor, has acquired the 13,000 square foot commercial office building at 3800 Red Bank Road. At $1.1 million, the purchase of the building was one of the largest commercial real estate transactions during the month of July in Cincinnati.
Providing commercial cleaning services to hundreds of Cincinnati businesses for over 20 years, Jani-King of Cincinnati is the Official Cleaning Company of the Cincinnati Reds and exclusive provider of commercial cleaning services to Great American Ballpark
Jani-King expects to move its Cincinnati regional support office from Norwood to the recently purchased building by September 1st, 2010. The move is estimated to create additional jobs for the city of Fairfax, along with the 20 current employees who will be transferring from the company’s current location. Once completed, the new facility will contain a state-of-the-art training facility, customer support center and conference room. In addition, the building will also provide office space for the more than 100 local Jani-King franchisees that the Cincinnati office currently supports.
“We are extremely excited with the acquisition of the new facility, and what it will mean to our franchisees and commercial cleaning clients,” said Regional Director, James Dixon.
The commercial real-estate broker for the transaction was the President of Vollmer Realty, Chris Vollmer, Mr. Vollmer was recently announced as the new Senior Vice-President for Grubb & Ellis’ Cincinnati market.
Jani-King of Cincinnati will host an open house and grand opening celebration for its new facility at 3800 Red Bank Road on Friday, September 10th, 2010 from 11am-2pm.
