ATI Physical Therapy has long been a customer of Jani King International. The account started in Chicago in 2003 as a one location account. The account has grown at a fairly slow rate over the years, but we have been able to grow the account over the years steadily. A little over 2 years ago, the NA Department was able to sign a renewal contract. However, the SOW and frequencies were diminished causing an overall decrease in the overall revenues, system wide. ATI was restructuring its procurement department and was steadfast in reducing ATI’s over all spend in janitorial services.
Recently, ATI hired a new Senior Director of Procurement, Michael Kamradt.
I’ve had the chance to meet Michael on several occasions as well as working with him directly. On a recent visit to their HQ in Chicago; we started to look at how Jani King could earn even more of their business as they continue to grow. The strategy has always been the same, provide ATI with the best service within the industry, a true partnership and the ability to maximize their need for efficiency and cost savings.
The relationship aspect has been the key. Jani King was a large sponsor for their annual gala, held in Chicago this past December. This was the first time that Jani King became a sponsor with ATI. It is active involvement like this that has helped us solidify our relationships with our existing customers. In the last 4 months, ATI has asked Jani King to take over more than 50 additional new locations.
Having a true partnership with ATI Physical Therapy has proven to be a winning formula for continued growth, success and a long term client.
