Spring Clean Challenge

SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the
“Promotion”) is sponsored by Jani-King International, Inc.
(“Jani-King,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or
“us”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official
Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all
matters relating to this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal
residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of
entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

•
Employees, officers, and
directors of Jani-King International, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, and promotional agencies

•
Immediate family members
(spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of any ineligible
individual

•
Individuals who are
prohibited from participating by applicable law void where prohibited or
restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date
the giveaway post is published on the official Jani King social media
account(s) and ends on MAY 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Jani-King reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any
time, with or without notice.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter
or win. To be eligible for entry, participants must complete all three (3) of
the following steps during the Promotion Period:

•
Follow @janikingclean on
the applicable
social media platform.

•
Share a photo featuring the
iconic Jani-King towel on the links, and tag @janikingclean in the post.

•
Include the hashtags #SpringCleanChallenge
and #SpotTheTowelSweepstakes in the caption of the post.

Entries that do not fulfill all
three (3) requirements will be deemed invalid. Only public posts are
eligible; posts from private accounts will not be considered.

Limit: One (1) entry per person.
Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Prize

Winners will
receive the Jani-King Spring Clean Prize Pack, which includes:

•      Jani-King branded hats (2)

•      Jani-King branded towels (2)

•      Jani-King branded drinkware (2)

•      Jani-King branded Sunglasses cleaner (1)

•      Jani-King branded t-shirt (1)

•      One (1) Jani-King

Spring Clean flag autographed by professional golfers

 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

To be $85 and boxes that include the signed glove or hat add $45. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. No substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at
random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing will be conducted by an authorized representative of
Jani-King or a designated third party on MAY 17, 2026 .
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be
notified via a comment on their entry post and/or a direct message on the
applicable social media platform. The potential winner must respond within five
(5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time
period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering this Promotion, each
participant agrees to:

•      Comply with these Official
Rules and the terms and community guidelines of the applicable social media
platform(s)

•      Grant Jani-King a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and
share the submitted photo and username for promotional and marketing purposes
without additional compensation

•      Release and hold harmless
Jani-King, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees,
agents, and representatives from any and all liability related to the Promotion
or the acceptance and use of any prize

•      Confirm that the submitted
content is original, owned by the entrant, does not infringe upon any
third-party intellectual property rights, and complies with the policies of the
applicable social media platform

8. General Conditions

Jani-King reserves the right to
disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these
Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Jani-King
also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that includes content that: (i)
is obscene or offensive; (ii) contains disparaging or defamatory content; (iii)
includes threats to any person, place, business, or group; (iv) promotes
bigotry, racism, hatred, discrimination, or disrespect toward any individual or
group; (v) violates any third-party rights, or (vi) violates the policies of
the applicable social media platform. Jani-King further reserves the right to
cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any
other factor beyond Jani-King’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or
proper functioning of the Promotion.

 

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated

with any social media platform, including but
not limited to Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter). Participants
release each applicable social media platform from all liability in connection
with this Promotion.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in
connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the Promotion and fulfilling the prize. Jani-King’s privacy
practices are governed by its Privacy Policy, available at www.janiking.com.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating
to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts
located in Dallas County, Texas.
