Jani-King International, the world’s largest commercial cleaning franchise
company, is proud to announce its most recent large account signing in Orlando,
FL. Working with Jani-King International’s healthcare team, the local office
finalized a five-year deal with Wuesthoff Health System to clean all properties
under their management.
“This is the largest total healthcare system that we have signed at
Jani-King,” said Mark Regna, Director of Healthcare for Jani-King
International. “We’ve signed numerous hospitals, clinics, surgery centers and
other medical facilities individually or as part of a small group, but this
account encompasses every property within the client’s network.”
The buildings under contract include two hospitals, one long-term care
facility, one hyperbolic facility, one ambulatory surgery center and 14
miscellaneous healthcare clinics. Jani-King of Orlando is working with
Jani-King International to complete training in preparation for taking over this
large account.
In addition to the account in Orlando, Jani-King’s healthcare team has been
successful in assisting other regions sign large healthcare accounts over the
past several months.
In Minneapolis, George Selman, Regional Director, worked with Regna and his
team to increase the contract at North Memorial Hospital. The new contract will
add an additional 200,000 square feet to the monthly cleaning.
Jani-King’s healthcare team also worked with Joe Armacost, Master Franchise
Owner, to sign a 340,000 square foot facility in Louisville, KY. In addition,
Jani-King of Richmond worked with Jani-King International’s healthcare team to
sign a hospital that totals over 80,000 square feet.
“To be successful and to continue to prove our value, it is so important to
follow our healthcare program and adhere to the federal guidelines for
environmental services,” said Regna. “Our program is first-rate, and that’s why
it is critical for everyone to follow the system that’s in place.”
