With presumptive record-setting crowd attendance, along with more than 70,000 square ft of additional cleaning elements added just this year alone, we asked our franchise owners Ernesto and Zuaila Rodriguez to reflect on how this event has changed over the last 4 years they have been servicing this account:
ER: When we started we would only clean a partial area that was pretty straightforward but throughout the years it has grown dramatically and become more extravagant which poses new challenges.
JKPX: How are you going to tackle the massive expansion (2 additional levels at Hole 18 & The Skybar) this year?
ER: We’ve planned to bring on additional team members to help us implement the system we’ve developed over the years.
JKPX: How has your experience been over the 4 years of servicing this landmark Phoenix event?
ER: We are proud of the work that our team delivers every year. We encounter new obstacles but like I have always said; we give the best of us. We learn from the past year and get prepared for the next season so we can have satisfied clients….
