Jani-King opened the doors to its newest regional office on July 1, 2004 in
Lafayette, LA to serve its growing base of clients and franchise owners. The new
office will provide support to local franchise owners who service more than 100
accounts, including Petroleum Helicopters, Inc., Shell Exploration, Oceaneering,
Cypress Bayou Casino, Cargill and Evangelin Downs racetrack.
“We have been servicing some of the most prestigious companies in Lafayette
for quite some time. We felt that a regional office here would provide our
growing base of clients and franchise owners with the day-to-day support that
they need,” says Raymond Drude, president, Jani-King Gulf Coast.
Brett Sheridan, Jani-King’s regional director who will head the new office,
says he expects to add more than 100 employees. “There is tremendous opportunity
in Lafayette and we feel that an office here will prime the pump for greater
growth,” says Sheridan.
